I NEED TO EAT

Ok, today starts the first full week for me. I have been doing pretty good so far. I am not really stressing about what foods I eat, but I am having a problem with eating enough food period. I am always doing something during the day and the next thing I know the day is now night and I haven't really eaten anything. I am lucky most of the time to eat one complete meal during the whole day. I have tried making individual meals for a couple of days in the past - that seemed to work out ok. I may try doing that again and see if I can actually keep it up this time. I NEED TO EAT! emoticon

    You absolutely need to eat. I'm starting a program that requires me to eat 6 times a day. How am I going to do it? My two P's...Planning and Protein Bars. When life gets in the way of my eating plan then I've always got a protein bar in my purse. Ladies, Your metabolism will suffer if you don't eat.

    HEY GURL I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM. I SOLVED BY BOTH MAKING UP THOSE PORTIONED INDIVIDUAL MEALS AND SETTING SEVERAL ALARMS ON MY CELL PHONE DURING THE DAY TO REMIND ME TO EAT AT THAT TIME. GURL I HOPE THIS SUGG. HELPS YOU.
