Had a girls' weekend w/ three good friends who also happen to be my biggest enablers when it comes to overeating. Today's weigh-in reflected a big gain; it'll fall off (I hope) as this week progresses & I'm back in a normal eating routine. Will compensate by eating closer to the low end of my calorie range & go for longer cardio sessions (40-60 mins.).
My friend D & I came up w/ an accountability plan called "For Reals, Not for Fakes." We've agreed to the following:
1. Pick a baby step that can be accounted for daily.
2. Check-in with each other at the end of each day, either by phone, text or email.
3. Follow the baby step for 2 weeks, then re-assess & either add on, replace, or continue w/ the baby step.
My baby step for 9/21 - 10/5 is to be cookie-free. So far so good :)
