This coming week will be a challenge...

I am going on a business trip starting early tomorrow morning. I will be gone for a whole week, and will be staying in a hotel, and eating in restaurants. My days will have a different structure to them than when I am in the office. I will have this computer with me, so I will be able to check in. There is a fitness center at the hotel, and this should be a good time of year for taking walks outside.
