Day 3 of "Rut Proof Your Resistancr Training"

Today's Workout was the same as 9/14 (Total Body)
4 sets & 12 reps
Used 5, 5, 10 & 25 lbs weights (90) minutes

Jacks On Trampoline: 300
Kickbox: 20 minutes

Crunches: 550 (50 were sit-ups/W/punches)
Planks: 1 set of Full Position held 60 sec
Forearm Plank: 3 sets held 50 sec each side
Running Lunges: 3 sets of 20 reps
Standing Abductions: 3 sets of 50 reps each leg
Push-up/On/Ball: 3 sets of 20 reps
Leg Lifts: 100
Stretched: 15

Total Minutes For Workout: 225 minutes + 15 = 240 min



Thursday 9/18/08
Cardio:

Rode my bicycle 60 minutes
Crunches, planks, push-ups, jacks, running lunges also
