My vow to myself . . . .

I vow to have yet another great weekend. I want to keep my momentum going strong. Lets see if I can make this 2 good weekends in a row!


Have lots of fun plans. I get to walk the side lines tomorrow and my son's football practice. We are also going to the apple orchard with my parents and I plan on doing lots of walking there. I will let the family take the hay ride and I am going to walk!

I hope to get on a nice long bike ride this weekend too. The weather is still sunny and warm and I would like to take advantage of it while I can.
