Time to get organized.....

Well, first off, BL was fantastic, I know many of my friends missed it. if you did, check out nbc.com\biggestloser they will give you a great recap. It is going to be a great season, I can just feel it, and I love the family focus. The biggest support comes from home, where it can make you or break you.

That is when I realized that my life is kind of a mess right now. I mean, I am so crazy busy I can barely keep my head above water. But there is still alot I want to squeeze into my life each day, and I never make it. And I'm here to tell you, I use every single minute as possible in my day. Still isnt enough time. As funny as it sounds, I always lose best when BL is on. I mean, imagine a television doing THAT for you? And who says tv is not good for you?

So, I am going to spend this weekend (yes, I have class on the weekend too - Sat and Sun - so no real break for me) trying to actually put myself on a schedule. I really think it could work. I know for most people it wouldnt but micromanager that I am, I am willing to give it a shot, I'm tired of missing my workouts, and I'm tired of being tired!

    You know dear you are so so busy that you have a great idea trying to come up with a schedule. Just make sure it is flexible ok!!!!! Trust me on this one!!! I have 5 kids so I know a little about being busy and having to have a flexible schedule!!!

    I sort of feel left out these days on Spark as I am not a fan of BL. I don't know why I guess the few times I did watch it, it just rubbed me wrong as it seemed like entertainment at others expense. Hey, dont listen to me though as I am certainly too opinionated at time (I openly admit that!!!) and too sensitive for others at times (openly admit that as well!!!). You just keep me up to date on what's going on ok and then I will be informed!!!!

    Keep up the great work!!!! How's everything else going? I know you are so busy and this is the busiest time of year for me as well with my husband in the fields plus working full time!!!! That leaves me juggling all the kids and appointments and so on and so forth!

    I told a friend the same thing about my diet today. I start out with good intentions, but get off track somewhere along the way. I am the type of person that has to see in writing what I can eat today. Sounds silly, but if i write it down and tell myself this is all I'm eating, when I've eaten everything on the list I'm done eating for the day, I do a lot better. If I have too many things like granola bars, wheat thins, 100 calorie packs of anything I will eat more. I used to kid myself and say I have them as back up for an emergency. It's funny how fast boredom and stress become emergencies! I plan the night before what I'll have for each meal and snack and only take enough for lunch and a snack to work. Sounds crazy but it works.
