Today started with 20 minutes of circit training. I'll have to get 20 more mintues in later... probably a walk.

Breakfast will be my homemade Atkins shake (for anyone interested, that's 2 eggs, 1 T butter, 1 T virgin coconut oil with cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice & 6 oz coffee in blender then ice to desired consistency)

Lunch will be another burger on oopsies with lettuce and wasabi mayo & cucumber salad

Dinner will be leftover spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash

Then packing for the conference I'll be leaving for in the AM.

    Hmm the shake I would have to "tweak" a bit, something about slimy, raw eggs that just doesn't sit right with my palette....I don't like slimy foods! I wonder if soy slender (vanilla) with the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice with coffee would taste good? I just might have to try it!!
