Today is the first for me, I went above what I normally do for excerise.
45 minutes on the treadmill.
10 Stationary bike
25 tread Climber.
Also a member from another team share some motivation. I like it so much will include in this blog.
MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS. IT HELPS ME WHEN I NEED THAT LITTLE PUSH TO KEEP GOING.

O- OBSERVE YOUR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
N- NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GIVE IN
