Slept thru the alarm again...I set my cell phone to vibrate so the early alarm doesn't wake hubby. It usually wakes me up but I've been unusually tired b/c I'm working on this project for the state conference. finished it today :). Conference is Fri/Sat.
I didn't make it to spinning class but I made it up in time for 45 minutes of step aerobics at home
I'll try to go to spinning (alone) tomorrow morning & do circuit on Friday before I leave for the conference (hour and a half drive)
B: Homemade "atkins" shake
L hamburger patty on oopsies with lettuce and wasabi mayo, 1 c homemade coleslaw
D: Zucchini Crust Taco Pizza with onions, peppers & olives. Sauce is homemade salsa YUMMY!
3+ liters water.
