So I met my first goal to make 125 by 8/29/08. Or close, I think that I was 125.6. And there I stayed for a while. But, I also started eating near the top of my range instead of near the bottom, and I took 3 or 4 'days off' - like my birthday - where I just ate whatever. There is at least 1 day this week where I couldn't bear to continue to keep track. I think it was on the unlimited planter's cocktail peanuts that I quit tracking. Oh sure, I felt guilty enough the next day to try and fill in, but still I lose, so.... oh well. Thus, it's time to change my ticker to the next goal... 118 by Yule.
