I did my first run post-surgery and feel great! Well.. a little out of shape, ha ha, but pretty good. My back feels great, my new sports bra worked so, so well I'm thrilled! emoticon

    That is great news Erin! Regular running will move you forward towards your goals quickly, as long as you keep track of your food intake too (I have been reading many members blogs and I believe they are eating more than they think and can't figure out why they are not losing especially when they are exercising so much).

    You can do this!!!
