Morning...afternoon...evening.
..to whoever decides to read this...haha

As of yesterday I am down 20 lbs with Sparkpeople! I have to take the credit myself as I did the work but SP gives me the possibility to link to other people for support and motivation. Thx everyone!!

I did another detox this weekend and I can't say I gave it my 100%, I killed it on days 2 and 3. I did snack on a few things (day 3 there was a party) but I only allowed myself a bite of some stuff. So much for detoxing, haha. I did loose a total of 5 lbs from Fri-Mon but I am down 3.4 lbs from last weeks weigh in, and down a total of 20.6 lbs since the start and obviously now under 250 at 249.2. Progress is slow and steady.

I have to say I am very happy with my accomplishment although honestly I still see no difference. I think I can see it a little waist of my pants but one day they are big and the next day they feel the same, so much for that. Haha. People are noticing and I say thanks and don't give it too much thought. What did I look like 20 lbs ago? I hate when people say you look good, because it means you didn't look good before...or god forbid what happens if I was to ever get back to that weight (I am DONE and it will never happen but just for giggles)...do I not look good anymore?

Last night I tried on some old clothes that I saved in my closet, and 1 pair of jeans that I tried on a few weeks ago, I was actually able to pull it up and zipper..it was not a pretty site, I was hanging out everywhere but its something. The rest of the stuff, forget it, got a way to go for those to fit...and they are LB size 16 from back in the day. So old I don't remember even owning some of those clothes...oops.

I am still participating in the Biggest loser challenge with one more week to go and although I have not met my goal of 25 lbs I have gone down 12 in 11 weeks. And I am doing the awesome Rocky challenges (RED TEAM Rocks) which are a big help for boredom. Other than that the same old weight watchers although since I dropped some weight I am allowed less points, wish me luck...and I am doing about 6-8 exercise classes a week.

If I can do it (which I never thought possible) then YOU can do it...and it means I can continue to do it!

    Keep up the great work. Fitting into smaller clothes really proves you have been putting in the effort to get healthier and leaner. Way to go!

    Yay! Congrats on being able to zip up the pants - I can't wait to get to do that. I have a whole closet full of stuff that I hope will fit again soon! You should take a pic in the tight jeans and then watch as you shrink over the next months and take another picture when they are too big! emoticon
