Bootcamp continues

Exercise = walk (slept thru the 5 am alarm)

Breakfast = Homemade Atkins shake
liter of water throughout the morning
Lunch = Ham sandwich on oopsies with may & lettuce, homemade coleslaw
liter of water throughout the afternoon
Dinner: prime rib, onion & pepper mixture, green beans, selzer water & limes to drink (3 16 oz w/dinner)

    I wish i could sleep through an SIL was up at 4:00 am baking cookies... i could not get back to sleep.
