Scale up, still kicked butt

The scale read 1.8 lbs. higher today than it did at my last weigh-in. I was briefly disappointed because I was 100% sure I'd lost weight. Overall, I consider my efforts over the last week successful. Here's what I'm proud of:
- tracked calories daily
- ate 4-6 fruit servings a day
- exercised (hard) 6 out of 7 days
- was active on SP
- subjectively improved my 1 mile run time (I don't know the exact time improvement but I know I did!)
- added a 3rd week to my veggie streak
- was binge-free all week!
Generally speaking I noticed a dramatic increase in energy & just felt healthier!
My plan for this week is to keep doing what I'm doing & have faith that the scale will go down next Monday.
