Last weekend I walked the MS Challenge walk which was 50 miles in 3 days. While I'm very proud of the fact that I was able to do this I gained 3 lbs.! Every time I step on the scale it makes me cringe. I really want to be 130 by November 1st and I'm feeling bummed because of those 3 lousy pounds. I'm still recuperating from the walk and am still really tired. Once I feel up to it again I'm going to start exercising again. I need advice and encouragement!
