Last Chance Workout

Weigh-ins are on Monday, so Sundays are my last chance workouts. Here's what I've done so far today:

1.6 mile run/walk to the gym
10 min elliptical - resistance 7, 150 spm
5 rounds of:
- burpees x 10
- pushups x 10
- squats x 10
- bicycle crunches x 10
120 jump rope turns
5 rounds of:
- 1-arm DB snatch x 5 / arm x 20lb
- 1-arm DB swing x 5 / arm x 20 lb
- 10 medicine ball slams
10 min elliptical - resistance 6, 150 spm
1.6 mile run/walk home

Felt really great while exercising, & I'm excited for tomorrow!

Update: Went for a 2.4 mile walk in the afternoon too.
