I've been running bootcamps on one of my teams since July. I've progressively made them more difficult but still "doable". And I've completed all of them, too!
This time nobody joined so I'm going to continue my bootcamp journey here for the 7 days. I'll open up another bootcamp option for my teammates next week. Perhaps they just need a break.
I'm on a roll and I want to keep the momentum going. I have a December Jamaica-body goal!!!!
So yesterday I did 50 minutes of spinning at the gym. I didn't go to class b/c we had an early morning comittment to help some friends. But I still did my workout!!!
Breakfast: Homemade "Atkins" shake (eggs, coconut oil, coffee, cinnamon, ice)
Lunch: Pork patty on oopsies, cucumber & onion salad
Dinner: Ribeye steak
, green beans with butter & shallots, mushrooms & onions sauteed in bacon fat
Snack: ripe olives
Today I'm doing 50 mins of circuit training. I already had my homemade "Atkins" shake. We're having trout & broccoli for a meal today, and also zucchini-crust pizza
I'm going to make some chicken salad and some coleslaw to "eat off" all week. I'm also going to make some more cucumber salad (cukes, red onion, cider vinegar, water, touch of spenda).
I need to go buy some salad greens b/c we're completely out! And I have a big computer project to put some finishing touches on. I'm glad I got up early!
Edit: Okay so AFTER I got home from the store I realized we're almost out of onions. The chicken salad will have to wait til tomorrow, when I have time to go BACK to the store for onions (not like we didn't just go to the farmer's market on Saturday, either!) I'm making more salsa tomorrow, too. I made the zucchini crust for the pizza but we'll probably have that for dinner tommorrow nite. I sure do cook from scratch a LOT more on low carb but its oh-so-worth it!
I ended up with an oopsie burger and some cucumber salad for lunch with some babaganough (or however you spell it)
AND my workout today was over and hour, rather than the 50 minutes I planned
