Hello, its a new Day

Summer is winding down and the Autumn air is already chilling things down. I have a new exercise routine that I do every moment of every day--SHIVERING-wonder just how many calories that burns? I had to go shopping this week to get a couple pairs of pants that didn't fall down , hehe, well I went in a picked out 2 very nice slacks in a size 18. I figured that was a pretty daring choice since I had been a 24. I got them home and tried them on----too big!!! Whoo Hoo--so back I went to get smaller ones- sized 14-16 petitte. Oh Happy Day. Thank you Jesus for helping me come this far, and please Lord, keep holding my hand as I continue this journey as a testmony to you love and grace, and my commitment to staying healthy to better serve you.
