What motivates you?

I have been asked this question many times by friends and even people I dont know they ask what keeps you going how do you stay motivated? I simply say "ME" I motivate me because if I relied on someone or something to motivate me it wouldnt last very long because you cant count on anything or anyone to keep you motivated you can only count on and trust yourself and ask yourself how bad do I want this? Am I willing to do what I know to do to get the job done?
Yes I get tired, yes I get frustrated, yes I get impatient but Im finding that all these things just make me that more determined to stay on the course that I am on and finally get healthy and stay that way for the rest of my life. I have learned the flesh wants what it wants when it wants it. Its very demanding and will push and nag at you till it gets what it wants and usually its all the stuff that is unhealthy for you, not just with food but with anything. So I have learned to take control over my flesh instead of letting my flesh have control over me. I am now in control and I say what I will eat and when I will eat it and when my flesh starts its nagging and complaining about that piece of cake that it wants I just simply say Im not listening to you, you tried to kill me and got me up to 400lbs NO MORE! I have given in to it too many times and I have been miserable every time I gave in to it because it was easier to give in then try and do something about my weight.
So what motivates you to keep going? It doesnt matter how much weight you need to lose can you stay motivated enough for yourself to stay on track to not give up and fight your way to your goal? Or are you going to give up on yourself and see your goal just drift away because you didnt see a weight loss fast enough or are you going to just give in to your flesh because its easier than to stay on the course your on? or do you feel your not strong enough, determined enough to stay on track. Well you are strong enough, you have the willpower and the discipline to get to your goal, you are patient enough with yourself and you have the ability to stay in control of what your eating. Stay postive and motivate yourself to see yourself to your goal YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! Im living proof you can
