Trying to stay Focused

I am trying to stay focused. I am so busy, I wonder if I am doing too much. I just learned that I eat unhealthy when I am stress. When I am stress, I eat what is convenient for me not what is healthy for me.
I am currently in grad school (full time), I work full time, mother, wife, daughter. In order for me have a fellowship/scholarship for grad school, I must attend full time. I like to be busy. I can handle the work load, but I gain weight in the process and this is something that I don't want to happen. I was doing so well, but I am losing my focus on eating healthy. I do exercise 4 times out of the week, but I can't get back to my mental stage. I am trying to stay motivated and read the motivating pages and view all of my teams. Thank you for reading this, I just need to vent. emoticon

    Shawndra girl you are soooooooooo right, and I do need to stay focused and take my eating right and taking care of myself off my to do list, because it will be the last thing on my list. But about the blog, I'm a school teacher and about two weeks before school started I started to slow down and then Hurricane Ike happened and I really just got off track, I have been struggling to stay motivated and log on here everyday, I won't lie it's tough staying focused. But by his grace I will conquer this thing and stay healthy for the rest of my life. The best to you both and blessings on your journey.
