I'm a bit too lazy ti write journal entries usually, but I'll try to make an effort to do it here on a regular basis. It actually is pretty helpful/motivating.

This morning I had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast, and I felt bad about it because I thought I had used most of my calories just by eating breakfast. I almost gave up, but then I entered everything in SparkPeople and I realized it wasn't as many calories as I thought. Yay!

I have eaten dinner already and I have about 550 calories left to use up. Go me!
