I love how I feel

When I was walking into work today, it hit me: I love how I feel. I love how energetic, enthused & motivation I am to truly take care of myself. I've finished day 16 of my veggie streak & I'm so thrilled at the changes I'm experiencing. I'm back into incorporating combat training principles into my workouts (read: max effort/high intensity for moderate durations) & I'm having so much fun with it. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
