Yesterday there were donuts in the break room. Today there are cookies! They are really big and full of chocolate chips. I almost reached out and grabbed one without even thinking about it. However, I realized what I was doing and I DID think about it and I walked on by. I bring my food from home and I know if I eat anything extra, I'll be over on calories and I'm still trying to lose the last pound and a half I gained over the weekend. As of right now, a great big cookie is on my list of things to eat once I get back to goal weight. I'm not telling myself no, I'm just waiting a little while longer!
