I honestly thing that, after exercising this long, even on the days that I REALLY don't want to do it, I wouldn't give it up for a magic pill. I like how I *feel* after working out. My disposition is better, my stress levels are lower, and my body just feels generally better. It's not just about losing weight anymore, it's genuinely about feeling better.

A year ago, I would not have said the same thing. Now it is more important for me to feel better than it is to lose the weight. Granted, yes, I do want to lose the weight. I'm not going to lie and say that's not a factor at all, but it's not the end all, be all anymore.

It's really amazing how things change.
