So I finally figured it out!

Well, this is my first time blogging, thanks to the B@B challange, and it took me quite awhole to even figure where my blog was...so I got past the first hurddle! Now...what to write?!? I have been wanting to become more accountable for my workouts, so maybe blogging them will help?? We'll start with tomorrow.

Tuesday: AM= Get up and do 20 minutes of video and half of my ST exercises
PM = 20 minute elliptical the other half of my ST exercises
Wednesday AM = 20 minutes elliptical
PM = 45 minutes video
Thursday AM= Get up and do 20 minutes of video and half of my ST exercises
PM = 20 minute elliptical the other half of my ST exercises
Friday AM 45 minute video
Saturday 50 minute video and anything extra I want to add
Sunday 20 minute elliptical and ST
