You Are What You Eat

So I've started trying to follow something similar to the program on the BBC Show You Are What You Eat and I have to give myself a pat on the back because I've been doing fairly well. emoticon

The biggest difference between the program and the "Casey" adjustments is that I have to cook most of my veggies to me raw=yucky. So I've been cooking lots and making A LOT of soup! Actually by making soup I end up eating a ton of veggies I normally wouldn't touch like turnips, leeks, cabbage and surprisingly enough the soups are excellent (not to blow my own horn or anything) The biggest problem I'm having with veggies now is finding room for all of them in the fridge :)

Exercise is a different matter altogether. I really need to start getting in shape for the Aziza Workshop. I really want to start using the Y and going to belly dance classes again. Hopefully I can start with the classes this week and get on some sort of routine.
