Oh the humidity!

Forced myself out the door last night when I got home. Very humid outside and that I wasn't looking forward to. I ran to some trails close by, which are flat, but they are nice and in the trees away from the sun. There are three overlook wooden decks out there for people to sit at and watch birds, deer or whatever. I use these for exercises. At each station I did 20 sit ups, pushups and tricep dips. I did each station twice. I was pretty tired when I ran home, but this time it seemed easier. Must be getting used to it and stronger. I ran a total of 40 minutes.

Eating habits still suck!!
