When you're hungry, eat!

Learned a lesson yesterday: Don't wait until you're ravenous to eat! I ate a mini-meal 3 hours before exercising, & by the time I started working out I was very hungry. After an hour of exercise, I was freakin' starving. As a result, I ate my planned dinner & then some LOL. Overall I didn't go too much over my calorie range (an achievement if you ask me). At first my inner critic scolded me for overeating, but then I brought up a nurturing inner voice & realized I wasn't on a binge... I was just feeding my body the fuel it needed. Afterwards I felt satisfied & full, the opposite of what a binge normally feels like - toxically guilty & stuffed.

I wonder what lessons today will bring!
