No more excuses. Starting weight 147lbs
Goal#1: Food- Stay within my calorie range 5 days a week. On the remaining 2 days do not go over 2000 calories.
Goal#2 Cardio- Complete 90 minutes of hard cardio a week, burning atleast 900 calories. Take a walk twice a week for about an hour, should burn another 600 calories that way. Total calories to burn per week= 1500
Goal#3 Weights- Complete my strength training program 2-3 times a week, atleast 2 of those times being at the gym.
Reward#1 When I reach 139lbs I will treat myself to a pedicure
Reward#2 Oct 1st, if I have followed my plan 90% or better I will enjoy a DQ blizzard
