It is that time again when I am starting a new trimester at school. I figured I should write my goals for this month so that I can reflect in a month and hold myself accountable.
So here goals. My goals are not only for fitness but also for education and health.
1. Start studying 1.5 hours a week for my board exams
2. Write a daily to do list
3. Go to the gym 3 times a week
4. Walk Daily
5. Rest when my body tells me to
6. Stay on track with my abs challenge
