Calorie Deficit Tracking Day 1

BMR + Calories Burned = (1,845 + 0 ) = (1845)
Calories Consumed = 1317
Calorie Deficit = 528

Today, I felt like I've been starving all day. I'm sure I didnt make the right choices in foods for today but as the days go on it will get easier!!! =)

    oh yes - don't worry! The first 2 weeks or so of my own recommittment in June 2008 I was STARVING for like 2 or 3 weeks and then your body gets used to having less calories and less fat. You just have to get through the hump! YOU CAN DO IT!!
