Getting Back On Track

This is a letter to myself:
You've already lost 23-24ish lbs. and you are in a stand still point. It's time for you to get back in gear! You have already accomplished so much as it is..it's not time to give up! Yes, granted that you have moments where you end up binging or eating mass amounts of food on any given day (especially holidays), but it doesn't mean you can't move forward from it. Think about what you did today. Even though you ate nearly 3,000 calories, you managed to get your butt up and burn 900 calories!! Look at your motivation, girl!
It takes time to keep moving forward, but you're learning to have discipline in the process. Anything you do CAN be done with God's help and motivation by your side. You only have another 30 lbs. to lose before you hit your goal! Imagine your feelings and how you will look once you get there. Also imagine the ultimate goal of getting others in shape and perhaps inspiring some on SparkPeople. You can do anything as long as you desire it and want it with all of your heart.
