I've got to start tracking better!

School started back ---- it's not an excuse, I know, but it is really kicking my butt! I think I have gained 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I know a lot of it is simply not being able to get on Spark and track my calories. I know that when I do that I do so well. I am hoping things settle down soon and I get back on track. I have let my habits slip so much that it is going to be hard to restart, but it must be done! I can do this, I know because I have -- now I just have to re-commit.
