Good choices Bad choices

I'm going to try to blog more often. Not my favorite thing but we'll see if it helps. The last few days have had some good choices and not so good choices showing up. I went to the farmer's market and ended up joining CostCo. emoticon They gave me 2 free bakery items. Did I go for the multi-grain bread? No! First came the double chocolate muffins. MMMM muffins and chocolate. I also brought home some Parmesan bagels. So maybe not the best choices. Good choice to go with it, I looked up the nutritional value before eating (wasn't on the package) So if the person who entered it was right 700 calories for 1 muffin. Ouch! emoticon They are still sitting in the package and going to leave this house. The bagels are 400 but that can be worked in occasionally.
We went out to eat earlier this week. I got the pasta pomodoro with chicken. It was yummy. I took 1/2 home and when I ate the left overs there was no pool of oil or fat. The recipes I could find look pretty healthy so I think it was a good choice.
Think that is enough for now.

Know the feeling on the choice of food. My hubby loves to grill and his specialty is ribs...One rib is over 800calories. I now have him gril me a chicken breast. Good choice on the pasta. I applaud you in making good choices. Hugs. Barb

    You are so funny!!!!

    Chocolate muffins - MMMMMM

I stand in the bakery section of the local grocery story and read the labels. Sometimes I put something good in my cart - but it makes its way back to the display eventually......

Did buy bagels and fat free creme cheese the other day - it wasn't even that good.

    Keep making awesome choices!!!!
