First run since H2C, day 4 veg

Yesterday I ran for the first time since Hood to Coast. I wasn't sure how my legs would feel as I was still sore from Tuesday's strength workout. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. It was easy! I covered 3 miles total, including a 1/4 mile walking warm-up & 1/2 mile walking cool-down. Based on my 8-week half marathon training plan, I'm 2 weeks ahead of schedule (my fault because I didn't double check the day's assigned mileage). Will definitely follow the plan as written because I want to finish strong & healthy.
Today is the start of day 4 of being veg & binge-free, & I feel great!
