Ya, know losing weight is NOT easy!! It's dang hard. Not because of the physical challenge although that's a part of it. It's hard because you have to connect what you do everyday, to being able to reach your goals.
It's difficult to keep “losing weight” front and center when someone brings homemade mac and cheese to work (Come on people you're killin' me!!!). Or to remember your weight loss when it's 4AM and the bed is warm and the house is cold, not to mention the chill outside.
Ultimately it comes down to wanting to lose weight bad enough that you almost CAN'T forget it. Bad enough that the mac and cheese loses it's spell; bad enough that you work out with vigor and determination, because you know that is what will help you reach your goals - soreness be damned!!!!
Losing weight is NOT easy, but what in life that's worthwhile ever is?
