.....you are dedicated when.....
~you want to try and eat better
~you constantly try and figure out how many pts everything has
~you are no longer attracted to junk food or things with lots of calories
~you like exercising 2 hours a day (and more) when you can fit it
~you try and drink at least 64oz of water a day
~you eat 4 or more fruits and veggies a day
~you start seeing changes in your inches
~you start feeling you clothes get looser
~you see your collar bones popping out (finally!!!)
~you want to be a better you!
