Signs of Progress...

-I wore a pair of jeans last weekend that I hadn't worn in a year :)
-My rings are slightly loose on my finger!
-My work pants fit much better and some are even a little too big
-I have a visible jawline and collarbone again!
-I now use 12.5 pound weights in my strength training classes
-I can hold a plank for 60 seconds
-I can run for 30 minutes without stopping
-My body recognizes when I don't feed it well
-I am meeting my protein goals more often than not
-I am drinking a lot more water and notice when I need more
-My mood is improved (usually...haha)
-I have MUCH more energy!
