Staying Motivated

I have to vary my routine. Boredom sets in & I find myself putting off an exercise. I'm going to keep the Circuit training 3 days a week and also adding other weight lifting exercises, I'll change them from time to time. Yoga and Qi Gong once a week each. It will be like going to a class. I'm still swimming 3 times a week, when I go back to work in Oct swimming will be on w/e. I'm adding a 30 min walk a day. I started that yesterday, Sunday. Also started the You on a Diet routine of eating on Saturday, 8/23.
