Fitting exercise into a very busy life!

Working full time, being a mother, and having a 3 hour daily commute leaves very little time for exercise. For years I have wanted to exercise but could never find the time. Plus I have to admit, I despise exercising. I have finally figured out a way. I break up my routine into several quick sets throughout the day. It makes it do-able and far less onerous.

Hopefully these ideas might help others too.

Wake-up - do morning exercise lying down in bed (5 min).

During commute - I am a passenger, usually. As I am talking with my son and husband, discussing the books on tape we listen to and enjoying family time during the ride, I attach theraband to the glove compartment and do my arm exercises and my isometric abdominal, glut, ab and adductor exercises.
(10-15 min)

At my desk - I raise my chair up and do my sitting leg and core strengthening exercises (5 min)

T.V. - I am hoping to get a piece of cardio equipment, right now I'm doing push-ups and other strengthening. (10-15 min)

Bed - I do the last two exercises lying on my stomach and go to sleep! (5 min)

For the first time in my life, I'm actually exercising regularly.
