emoticon I found this site today, and plan on taking full advantage of it. It's just the boost I need! My water goals shouldn't be a problem. My biggest challeng will be to get into a cardio program that I can do. Walking a lot isn't an option until I get my knees replaced, but I think this site will help find a workout!
