Another Monday, Another Rise

Looking at all the bumps in my weight graph, I notice that the minimum is always on a Sunday. Even if I've been in a "bump" all week, I hit the low on Sunday. And then Monday is back up. So, it's no surprise that after yesterday's low of 127.5, I am back up to 129.

The odd thing is, I don't know what I do on a weekend to achieve that! It's not like I eat any differently on Saturday than on any other day of the week, and I don't do alcohol on Saturday evenings to account for being dehydrated Sunday morning. (Dehydration is the only way I can explain the dramatic falls and rises on Sundays. I mean, come on. Nobody gains and loses over a pound in a day!) I do occasionally eat a bit differently on Sundays, when I gather with friends and keep track as best as I can.... but the dips and gains happen whether there is a meeting that week or not! I just don't get it. But there it is.
