Kick It Up a Notch

To get past my plateau I am going to have to kick it up a notch. I am currently walking for 20 minutes during my lunch hour. Last week I attempted to start running 2-3 times a week and doing a crunch routine 3-4 times a week. Strengthening my gut muscles won't actually help me lose much weight directly, but it will lesson the bulge. I am having difficulty being consistent with the running because of my evening schedule keeps filling up on the days I need to run.

    TRUST ME.... I know how you feel. I actually commited to going back to the gym so I can use there nice machine for my S.T.
