Well, As you all know by now, I finally got my lung transplant. OMG I have never felt better. It is just a miracle. I got the transplant on Aug 1st at 12:30 in the morning. Got home on the 11th. Everything went real well. (of course, I'm a fighter not a giver upper) I went with a good attitude and that help a bunch. No more oxygen or anything of that sort. The nurses all called me the Poster Child, because I was up and walking day after surgery and just kept walking till the end. They say alot of people won't get out of bed to walk and that is not good. My daughter was with me the whole time I was there and Bless her Heart, she was so much support to me as were all of you guys.
I don't know how to thank you for your support and prayers. At least they were answered!
Now I can live a healthier life and that is exactly what I am going to do! So in with the new and out with the old!

Again Thanks to all of you for being there for me!

Sincerely, Cheryl emoticon
