So I went to the clinic today and my ankle is still not healing because I work so much! The pounds are creeping back on because I only workout a few days a week. I got two workouts done this week. So I am going to start trying to do sit ups to at least burn some calories. My food intake is still pretty good. Could be better. I am just getting frustrated. The doc said I need to get completely off it but its not that easy for me. I will do the best I can. Any suggestions on workouts I can do without using my feet?
