Im in a rut......mid way through each week Im under 200 and then come weigh in day im always back over. SOB!! I need to do something different. Ive added strength training to everyday except for one. I was already doing cardio everyday except for one maybe I need to up that too. Today is my "hip hop abs workout dvd" day. Yay, I dont wanna do it! None the less I will force myself as usual. Ive been telling myself when Im officially under 200 I will quit smoking, I wonder if its sabotage ?? Im begining to wonder if Ill ever make it to 1 stinkin 60. And I had BIG plans to do it by xmas.....but August is throwing me off. Kids are getting on my nerves , boyfriend is a pain in my ASS, yea thats right I spelled the whole word out. Sue me. Not to mention my 15 month old son broke his leg last week....messing around on the 12 yr olds skateboard. So thats been fun. Atleast now he is sleeping through the night again. WHAT TO DO , WHAT TO DO ....
