2 days on the wagon

I started to call this day three, but I have realized that I can't declare a victory against my food demons until I am actually in the bed at night!! 2 days of healthy eating and I am already feeling better (and more confident that this just may be day 3). I started to do back-to-back workouts this morning but then realized that I really need to stick with what is manageable in the long run. I may do a little something tonight, but my main focus is on nutrition.

This morning's workout was Iron Core Volume 2 (Kettlebells). Good cardio and strength work all in one. :)

    Great for you, girlie!!!!! emoticon emoticon It is hard but we can do it! I have really learned a lot from Tosca's book. It is so simple---why didn't I ever think of it?! lol

    I am totally with you on the Diet Cokes....My vice of choice, lol, is Diet Dr Pepper, but I am doing REALLY good with keeping them out of sight--Notice I only said, "out of sight" because they are DEFINITELY on my mind! LOL

    Keep up the AWESOME WORK!!!!!!!!!

    Congrats! This is day 4 for me, although I have completed only 3 days. All perfect with the exception of missing my vitamins one day. Keep it up!
