A lot of times, it is TOM or sodium. Also increased muscle tone if you have been doing a lot of strength training. I started increasing my cardio and staying within sp sodium range and I totally noticed a difference in the scale. Could it TOM? or possibly just water weight from too much sodium? Our weight fluctuates during the week. Try not weighing yourself for a week and possibly decreasing your salt intake. Don't skip meals either this never works. Just eat healthy food items and exercise regularily and you will take those 2 pounds off in no time. 4497 days ago
