Whooooo... the other side of 130!

Granted, not MUCH on the other side of 130, but it's been a year since I saw a 2 in that 10's place. We'll see if it lasts of if it's one of those preview weights.

I was just analyzing the last time I had a fairly steady loss for a week (as opposed to my 132 plateau) and realized that in that time I did fall inside the calorie range every day, and not below it. So, there is that consideration. There's also the consideration that in the gym yesterday, I did the cardio at a higher program number and for a shorter time. So there's that. Today I just did a bit of biking, and then some yoga.
