Craptastic foodapalooza

This has probably been my worst week of eating since I joined SP. I don't want to detail too many of the specifics lest you lose all respect for me so lets just leave it at this: I have eaten vast quantities of the lowest quality food you can imagine, to the point of miserable wallowing on the couch. This has now gone on for a few days and I simply must snap out of it. I truly am abusing myself. Especially if you are a pray-er, I'd appreciate your support as I get back on track. Periodic binges are truly my nemesis.

I have stocked the fridge with great stuff and am hoping for a better day tomorrow. I have a day of travel with a provided lunch at a meeting, though so tomorrow could even be rocky. Here's to a new day!

    Today was literally the fsecond day in August that I was within my calorie range... and they were NOT consecutive. I have been SOOOO over the top with my eating this month and hope that today marks the first step back to normal. Hormones top the list of my things to blame, but the bottom line is that I let myself get and stay out of control with my eating. Nothing - and nobody - to blame but myself. I haven't moved my ticker (just can't bear to yet) but I am 5 pounds above goal as of today. I put it on quickly and hope to take it off quickly - but we are talking MAJOR calories to burn, people! Good thing the lawn needs mowing.....

    You will be fine!!!! We have all slipped. (Some of us more than others, ME-lol!) At least you know that you need to get back on track and have stocked in fridge. See, things are already better. You are human. Don't beat yourself up. You can do it!!! emoticon
